All of our associates have been trained in project management and many have PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute, a global organization focused on this area of expertise. In this way, Efficiency Engineers' team can assist in providing expert project management throughout the course of the project.

The Project Management Framework (based on PMBOK) embodies a project life cycle and five major project management process areas. Mapped to these five process areas (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control, and Close) are nine areas of project management knowledge: Integrated Project Management, Scope Project Management, Time Project Management, Cost Project Management, Quality Project Management, Human Resource Project Management, Communications Project Management, Risk Project Management and Procurement Project Management.
